Items purchased at Walmart.com by or from dealers or resellers are not eligable for return, refund, or exchange.

On a missed collection or delivery, the courier may choose to leave a contact number on the calling card. However, our couriers do not have to leave their details as they are self-employed and use their personal mobile phones.


We are unable to provide you with the couriers' contact details due to data protection laws, but we can contact the courier on your behalf, in regards to a myHermes delivery. Unfortunately, if your query relates to a parcel from a retailer, we are unable to contact the courier for you- you will need to contact your retailer who can raise the query with our sister company (Hermes), on your behalf.
